Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data Yolodex (personas.yolodex.ai) holds about you, including any data obtained from your connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Disconnect (self-service)

Sign in to Yolodex, open your Profile, and disconnect your Meta account under Connections. Disconnecting immediately revokes your Meta access tokens and initiates deletion of all data associated with that connection (ad data, imported comments, and media).

Option 2 — Email request

Email privacy@yolodex.ai from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm deletion within 30 days and can provide a confirmation code on request.

What is deleted

Upon deletion or Facebook disconnection:

• Your ad data, persona analyses, ingested comment data (including third-party commenter data), and media files are permanently deleted from primary systems within 30 days
• Your Facebook/Meta access tokens are revoked immediately on disconnect and purged from our systems within 7 days
• Encrypted backups containing your data are rotated and purged within 90 days

Automatic deletion from Facebook

If you remove Yolodex from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations), Facebook notifies us via our data deletion callback and we delete all associated Facebook data within 30 days, in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms.
