By accessing or using Yolodex at personas.yolodex.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yolodex is an audience intelligence platform that helps brands discover and analyze audience personas for advertising. The Service collects and analyzes publicly available advertising data, customer reviews, and connected first-party ad account data to generate insights at the aggregate, audience-segment level.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect third-party accounts (such as Meta/Facebook), you authorize us to access data from those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that:

• You have the authority to grant us access to the connected accounts
• Your use of connected account data complies with the third party's terms of service
• You will not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to view

We process data obtained from Meta in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's Developer Policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to collect data about individuals for surveillance or profiling purposes
• Use outputs from the Service to build profiles of, target, or make decisions about identified individuals — the Service produces audience-segment insights, not individual-level profiles

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yolodex. AI-generated analysis and insights produced by the Service based on your data are provided for your use but do not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
